Manage all aspects of human resources functions, plan and implement human resources programs, and ensure efficient operation of the Human Resources (HR) Department. Manage HR Managers.
Employees must have a Bachelors degree or have equivalent experience
Minimum five years of experience in Human Resources. Proficient in Company policies and procedures. Experience designing, developing and implementing new programs to meet company needs.
Must be able to type quickly and accurately, use a mouse effectively, and have a basic understanding of Windows-based operating systems.
