Representatives will handle incoming calls for customers looking to pay past debt, negotiate settlements, refer to collections agencies or identify potential fraud cases.
They will be responsible for education of debt and credit reporting details. They are responsible for offering solutions and handling each case with the utmost care. By educating potential and current customers about consumer protection rights and best practices, their interaction is crucial for avoiding legal risk and providing the best solution for customers.
Representatives speak with customers on inbound calls or via email correspondence. All of the customers with which representatives will come in contact with will have unpaid prior debt related or credit reporting concerns. Representatives take action on accounts when necessary and note accounts accordingly. Representatives will be expected to meet quality objectives on each call while maintaining an efficient talk time. Professionalism is expected at all times.
Representatives spend a total of four weeks in training. Two weeks of training is spent in a classroom environment and two weeks are spent in on-the-job training. On-the-job training is spent developing call-handling skills while working live customer accounts.
