  • Overview

    Responsible for providing administrative support at various superior court client facilities by performing the following duties.                                                                                                                                                                                            

    Responsibilities

    • Oversees multiple locations at various superior court houses
    • Maintains good client relations
    • Assists customers with information regarding their cases
    • Accepts payments on cases; documents respective account upon receipt of payment
    • Prepares/makes daily bank deposit (or entrusts to courier); safely secures all funds
    • Reports payments to the Bookkeeping department for immediate processing
    • Processes postdated checks and unidentified payments per required guidelines
    • Arranges court appearances before Commissioner/Judge upon request
    • Processes abstract release requests for the customers
    • Identifies delinquent cases for placement
    • Researches disputed accounts; records the findings as important notes
    • Assists Court staff with any additional tasks
    • Performs other duties/responsibilities, as required
    • Trains new Superior Court Representatives.
    • Conducts cash audits; maintains court compliance.
    • Adhere to Company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements
    • Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals
    • React positively to an ongoing, changing environment
    • Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals
    • Maintain good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkers
    • Work safely without presenting a threat to self or others
    • Perform additional duties as required by management from time to time

     

    Qualifications

    Employees are required to have a High School Diploma or GED

    One year of Customer Service experience.

    Preferred one year of Court experience and one year of cash handling experience
