The Director is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies that ensure the efficient and effective collection of debts on behalf of clients. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency, management staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and P&L responsibility. This is a remote position.
