The Director of Collections is responsible for the overall management and operation of third-party collections. The Director is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies that ensure the efficient and effective collection of debts on behalf of clients. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency, management staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and P&L responsibility.

Perform verification and reconciliation of various general ledger and bank trust accounts. Responsible for tracking payments to ensure accurate posting, and remittance to clients. Perform daily balancing activities and reporting functions. Research, analyze and resolve imbalances on accounts. Assist with internal and external audits.

Overview
Manage all aspects of human resources functions, plan and implement human resources programs, and ensure efficient operation of the Human Resources (HR) Department.
